This Season Pass can be redeemed for a match-day ticket for FC Jurong home matches in the Singapore Premier League and Singapore Cup during the 2026/27 season.

Eligible matches

  • Singapore Premier League: FC Jurong home matches

  • Singapore Cup: FC Jurong home matches

Away matches, neutral-venue matches, and other matches are not included. Details regarding any additional matches will be announced by the Club once confirmed.

How to use your Season Pass

Your Season Pass can be collected at the match venue. Please present your order confirmation email when collecting it. Identification may be requested where necessary.

For each eligible match, present your Season Pass at the designated counter at the venue to receive a match-day ticket (QR code). Entry to the venue requires the match-day ticket (QR code) issued for that match.

Season Pass Terms and Conditions

  1. This Season Pass may only be used to redeem match-day tickets for eligible FC Jurong home matches. Transfer, resale, duplication, or unauthorised use is prohibited.

  2. Match dates, kick-off times, venues, ticket redemption procedures, and entry procedures may be changed, postponed, or cancelled. The Club will provide information on rescheduled matches or alternative arrangements where reasonably possible.

  3. If matches cannot be held due to natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, or other events beyond the Club’s reasonable control, the Club will respond appropriately in accordance with applicable laws.

  4. The Season Pass is issued as a physical card. Lost, stolen, or damaged passes will not be reissued unless the Club considers reissuance necessary.

  5. Cancellations, refunds, or exchanges after purchase are not permitted, except where required by law or approved by the Club.

  6. Pass holders must comply with venue rules and the instructions of the Club and organisers. Disorderly conduct, violence, discriminatory behaviour, or similar misconduct may result in refusal of entry, removal from the venue, or cancellation of the Season Pass. No refund will be provided in such cases.

  7. Personal data collected for ticket management, identity verification, and Club communications will be handled in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

  8. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Persons under 18 years of age must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using the Season Pass.

本シーズンパスは、2026/27シーズンのシンガポールプレミアリーグおよびシンガポールカップにおけるFC Jurongホーム戦の、当日の試合チケットと引き換えることができます。

【対象試合】

・シンガポールプレミアリーグ：FC Jurongホーム戦
・シンガポールカップ：FC Jurongホーム戦

※アウェー戦、中立地開催の試合およびその他の試合は対象外です。追加試合の取扱いは、決定後にクラブよりご案内します。

【ご利用方法】

シーズンパスは試合会場でお受け取りいただけます。受取時には、ご注文確認メールをご提示ください。必要に応じて本人確認をお願いする場合があります。

対象試合当日は、会場の所定窓口でシーズンパスをご提示いただくと、当日の試合チケット（QRコード）をお渡しします。会場への入場には、発行された当日の試合チケット（QRコード）が必要です。

【利用規約】

  1. 本シーズンパスは、対象となるFC Jurongホーム戦の当日試合チケットとの引換にのみご利用いただけます。第三者への譲渡、転売、複製および不正利用は禁止します。

  2. 試合日程、キックオフ時間、会場、チケット引換方法および入場方法は、変更・延期・中止となる場合があります。クラブは、振替開催や代替対応等について合理的な範囲でご案内します。

  3. 天災、疫病、政府の規制その他の不可抗力により試合開催が困難となった場合、クラブは法令に従い適切に対応します。

  4. シーズンパスは物理カード形式で発行されます。紛失、盗難または破損による再発行は、クラブが必要と認めた場合を除き行いません。

  5. 購入後のキャンセル、返金または交換は、法令上必要な場合またはクラブが認める場合を除きお受けできません。

  6. 会場規則およびクラブ・主催者の指示に従ってください。迷惑行為、暴力行為、差別的言動等が認められた場合は、入場拒否、退場またはシーズンパスの無効化となる場合があります。この場合、返金は行いません。

  7. 取得した個人情報は、チケット管理、本人確認およびクラブからのお知らせの送付等を目的として、シンガポール個人情報保護法（PDPA）に従い取り扱います。

  8. 本規約はシンガポール共和国の法令に準拠します。18歳未満の方は、保護者または法定代理人の同意を得た上でご利用ください。
