ネーム・背番号のプリント加工完了後のお渡しとなります。

【スクール生】スクール会場でのお渡しとなります。
【スクール生以外の方】FC Jurongの事務所でのお受け取り、または郵送での対応となります。
※郵送にかかる送料については、シンガポール国内 $3.5、海外発送 $20を頂戴いたします。
注意事項

ネームはローマ字で、名字を含まないFirst Nameをご入力ください。

背番号は2桁までの希望番号をご入力ください。

ネーム・背番号のプリント加工後にお渡しします。

受注・プリント加工後のキャンセル、サイズ変更、ネーム・背番号の変更は原則できません。

不良品を除き、加工済み商品の返品・交換はできません。

This is the official FC Jurong Soccer School Kit.
The set includes a shirt, shorts, and socks. The shirt will be printed with a name (Roman alphabet / first name only) and a squad number.
Please note that the uniform will be provided after the name and number printing has been completed.

Collection / Delivery
For FC Jurong Soccer School students:
Collection will be available at the school venue.
For non-school students:
Collection is available from the FC Jurong office, or delivery can be arranged by post.

Important Notes
- Please enter your first name only in Roman letters. Do not include your surname.
- Please enter your preferred squad number, up to two digits.
- The uniform will be provided after the name and number printing has been completed.
- As this is a made-to-order printed item, cancellations, size changes, and changes to the printed name or squad number cannot be accepted after the order has been placed and printing has begun.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for printed items, except in the case of defective products.
